La struttura è moderna e recente, con una buona posizione per spostarsi fuori città. Nonostante si trovi un po' distante dal centro storico, è comunque accettabile per chi ama fare delle passeggiate. Il responsabile è stato molto disponibile ed esaustivo, dimostrando grande disponibilità per qualsiasi richiesta.
Alcuni comfort mancano nella stanza, come un appendino sul muro e uno specchio lungo. Inoltre, la stanza per quattro persone è un po' stretta, rendendo difficile convivere a lungo termine in uno spazio così piccolo.
